Remigiusz Rzepka has spent his life in completely international setting. He studied in Ireland, Denmark, Poland and China and lived abroad for half of his life. He is an East and South East Asia expert with extensive socioeconomic, business and political knowledge. He is also a long-term business owner specialising in trade and real estate.

Remigiusz Rzepka was acting Deputy Dean of BCC and Academic Director and Course Coordinator of Bangor College China during the absence of the deputy dean in 2020.  In this role, he worked closely with the Deans of BCC in monitoring and oversighting Faculties and providing relevant feedback to the members of staff (administration and academic). Plan and chair faculty meetings, training and workshops and facilitate professional development for lecturers (ex. HEA).  On top of that he continuously contributes to the promotion and marketing of the University and the College. Actively participate in Board of Studies, Teaching and Learning Committees, Operational and Managerial Meetings.

He also undertakes lecturing and research with a focus on Company Management, Accounting, Risk and Finance. Teaching on using variety of management accounting methods in advance accounting as well as Business Law which he specialises in Dispute Resolution but also in Contract Law, Employment, CSR, Tort Law, Environmental Law, Labour Law, Chinese and International Law.
